QAHE Signs MOU with FIBAA to Enhance Quality Assurance in Higher Education

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA). This strategic partnership aims to enhance quality assurance and promote transparency in higher education globally. The QAHE FIBAA MOU represents a significant step towards international collaboration.

FIBAA is a renowned non-profit agency with extensive experience in quality assurance, accredited by the German Accreditation Council since 2000. It has undergone re-accreditation in 2005, 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2022, affirming its commitment to excellence. Additionally, FIBAA is recognized by several prestigious bodies, including the Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER), the Nederlands Vlaamse Accreditatie Organisatie (NVAO), and the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. This further underscores the importance of the QAHE FIBAA MOU.

This collaboration underscores the shared commitment of QAHE and FIBAA to support higher education institutions in achieving their self-defined objectives. FIBAA provides valuable insights for quality development, ensuring that institutions meet national and international standards while focusing on internationalization, practical relevance, and employability.

The partnership will facilitate the assessment of higher education institutions, particularly in the fields of Economics, Social Sciences, and Law.
